Optimum Care?
Individualized care with high nurse-to-resident rations are the hall marks of Optimum Care. We provide highly-personalized assistance to those who have sustained variable injuries or illnesses, on a 24 hour-a-day, 7 day-a-week basis. We are a six-bed facility and all rooms are private. A sub acute level of care is provided to our residents on a long-term basis. Our customized care plans accommodate those with tracheotomies, ventilators, G-tubes, and other complex care needs. Our non-institutional, home-like setting allows for maximum comfort and psychological well-being.
